Rice Transplanter

Rice transplanters have two types of models auto and pedestrian. Both models have a highly efficient electronic no-contact-point ignitor which gives one-time start-up. Its seeding tank equipped with reverse seeding ladle and 2-wheel/3-fluter system is ideally designed to assure operators to acquire maximum performance efficiency. Also unique paddy wheels of rubber rug protect operators against fatigue and guarantee the expected life span of the machine longer.
An epoch-making improvement has been made in simple and trouble-free control of the automatic hydraulic operating system, which bears important part of rice transplanting by a gear pump system. Especially, the fluter senses topsoil resistance on the rugged field and automatically controls paddy wheels up and down. At this time, right and left paddy wheels are separately moving with rolling unit, then, they brings the engine to a horizontal level to the surface with the fluter kept adhered to topsoil. Therfore, it yields simple control of constant planting depth and furrow. Besides, it assures good standing of seeding by a rubber guider and a control lever which lead control of planting depth and distance.
