The
hydraulic rotary composer, 6 working sections, the BF series.
Every section has several main laminating cylinders and surface
hold-down cylinders to conduct the panel presses.
The machine is specially designed with a hydraulic
edge-gluing unit that produces large and flat panels¡C
It is a
heavy duty press with most versatile and reliable purpose for
solid wood edge gluing
, and is available to manufacture the furniture, tabletop,
cabinet, windor, floorboard, beam and constructional material and
etc.
The strongly constructed machine with main laminate
hydraulic cylinders and surface cylinders assures the heavy duty
gluing works
and high quality products. Furthermore, the powerful hydraulic
system guarantees long working hours ¡C
The
hydraulic composer series provide 1 section of vertical type and
horizontal type ,
2 sections of A type, 4 sections and 6 sections of rotary type. To
meet the various requirements of working dimension, we offer
2500mm, 3100mm, 4600mm, 6200mm in length, and 1000mm,
1300mm in width, as well as 150mm, 200mm in thickness. These
various dimensions offer individual choices¡C |

The
hydraulic rotary composer, 4 working sections, the AE series.
Every section has several main laminating cylinders and surface
hold-down cylinders to conduct the panel presses.
The hydraulic rotary composer, a large panel press, 4 working
sections, the AE series, is a hydraulic clamping machine that
produce very large, very flat panels and millwork. It can also be
used to produce smaller, more common-size panels. All clamping
surface are milled for precise flatness. This large panel press is
available in 4 section configurations.
Hydraulic cylinders and piping system are pressure and leak
resistant, ensuring good working pressure and condition at all
times. |
