| FCS is the first company to successfully research and develop double
color injection molding in Taiwan. Being the most experienced and having
advanced technology capabilities, we are able to satisfy our customers'
needs.
Other features include:
- Two isolated barrel sets inject at the same time,
thereby reducing cycle time. The shorter cycle time increases
productivity of the machine and hence helps to yield bigger profits.
- With an accuracy reaching 0.01mm, linear
potentiometers are used in the two injection sets and clamping molds
to accurately control the injection process and the closing and
opening of molds.
- By PRO/ENGINEER computer aid designed clamping system,
the clamp stroke and distance between bars have been enlarged for
verstaile usage.
- High torque and excellent performance of hydraulic
motor can drive screw directly, thus shortening plasticizing time and
saving energy.
- Using only the finest steel and innovative ion-nitriding
process, the hardness of screw and barrel reaches above HV950 to
ensure high wear resistance.
- Superior hydraulic design system ensures the decrement
of the tube pressure. Assembled with pump and motor, it can lower the
machine's noise to 80DB below.
- With features such as limitations for screw cold
starts, broken wire detection, etc., a PID temperature controller is
used to control the temparature at ¡Ó1¢XC.
- Using water distributor with thermometer, molding
quality can be improved through well control of temperature.
- Fully automatic lubrication device ensures excellent
lubricating effect and assures machine's accuracy.
- Bad product detecting function recognizes short-shot
or other abnormal products.
- Larger product dropping passage allows the machine be
adoptable to to use with conveyor for fully automatic production.
- With insert function, this type of machine can produce
triple colored products.
