• Three step hydraulic oil flow system combines the functions of cooling. Sedimentation and preventing deterioration.
• Large type bending machine is equipped with manual hydraulic adjusting valve to control the speed of bending motion.(This feature can be added to small machine per request).
• Bending motion is controlled by low speed positioning device to increase the accuracy of desired bending angles.
• Various angles can be selected to create multiple bending sequence. Eliminating the material loading/UN-loading time, the usage of a separate machine, and accumulating additional labor cost.
• Both manual and automatic operation are available and all machines are equipped with emergency stop device.
• The main shaft is specially heat treated. All parts are tested and assembled with strict quality control to meet the specification of ISO 9002 and CE standard.
• Based on the tube diameter, wall thickness and bending radius, machine operator may select to bend parts with or without a mandrel.
• The removable axle and easy tool changing design allows no limitation on the minimal bending radius.
• The range of maximum and minimum bending angle can be increased or decreased based on customer's requirement.
• We can supply wide range of bending machines capable of bending pipes up to 203MM (8" Diameter).

• This machine adopts proportional pressure control system. You can bend 2 pipes with two shafts synchronously, so
  1. The final product has precise dimensions and an attractive, wrinkle-free appearance.
  2. The production is extremely rapid.
• This machine is most suitable for general two-end pipe bending due to two factors:
  1. Two different bending angles can be set up.
  2. Powerful bending capacity.
• Main shafts are specially heat-treated and the bending arm is made of specially forged steel. All parts are made under strict quality control to ensure outstanding machine quality and standardized specifications.
• The machine is equipped with an emergency stop device.
• Both manual and automatic operation are available.
• Bending angle can be adjusted freely from 0° to 110°.
• Production capacity:
  Produce 720 pcs (Max) of pipes with two-end bending in one hour.
• The distance between the center line of 2 main shafts:
  Min 85mm, Max 1200mm.
• Production capability:
  1. Produce 1 pipe each time for O.D. 31.8 ~ 38.1mm pipes
  2. Produce 2 pipes at the same time for O.D. 25.4mm pipes.
  3. Produce 6 pipes (Max) at the same time for O.D. 22mm & smaller pipes.
