RADAR SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL "FOTORAPID"
APPLICATION
FOTORAPID is a radar provided with a digital camera and a computer for automatic
vehicle speed control.
VERSIONS
- Stationary – on a special mast, in an air-conditioned housing and supplied
from 230 V, 50Hz mains.
- Mobile – on a tripod and supplied with 12 V d.c. ( e.g. from a battery)
PARAMETERS
- Speed range 30 – 250 km/ h. Measurement accuracy:
- for speeds below 100 km/ h: ą 3 km/h.
- for speed above 100 km/h : ą3%
ADVANTAGES
- Digital recording of vehicle photo, including speed, date, time and place of
measurement
- Recording of camera images on a computer hard disc, transcription capacity to
another computer, on to an external disc or another carrier.
- No need to chemically process photos (may be printed immediately)
- Specially developed program, allowing to highlight any fragment of the picture
( e.g. vehicle registration number, driver’s face), with possibility of
setting sharpness, brightness and contrast,
- State of art display, performing also the function of a keypad, considerably
facilitating operator’s work
- Option of extension by data tele-transmission.
