AUTOMATIC
ASSEMBLE PRESS
The
assemble press consists of an automatic feed unit, a cut off saw, and a
hydraulic press.
The cycle of feeding, cut off at length, pressing and
ejection is automatically.
The
automatic machine is operated by PLC, (programmable logical controller),
and it is a two deck working function operation. By means of the constant
power feeding, while the working area continuous assembling it can provide
double speed assembling. The hydraulic assembling pressure is adjustable
depending on the dimension and hardness of stocks.
The assembly
press system can be built as right -hand or left-hand units.
Final
assembly in hydraulic press with stocks hold on all four face.
Press
capacity from 2130mm (7') to 4600mm (15.1') in 2" increment.
Production
output up to 2.5 number of 4.6 meter(15.1 feet) length boards per minute.
The powerful hydraulic press ensures tight and strong joint.
