The system includes an automatic hydraulic tightening and pneumatic flattening carriage, automatic front rest, control stand and control box. The machine is operated by a PLC, the programmable controller.

The operator removes the finished panels from the row of clamps on one section and refills this section with glue-edged stock. The operator then presses the Auto-start button. The automatic carriage travels to flatten the panel and tighten the clamps one by one to the end, then the next section is turn and laid on the front rest. The automatic carriage again travels forward to the other side, loosening clamps one by one until it stops. The automatic cycle is then repeated.

With different gluing jobs, the clamp tightening hydraulic pressure can be adjusted from 25 kg/cm² to 70 kg/cm².

The full automatic clamp carrier can also be used in semi-automatic mode, by pressing a button on either the automatic carriage or on the control box.

30 SECTION CLAMP CARRIER

HYDRAULIC TYPE CLAMP CARRIER The machine with two units of hand hydraulic wrench to tighten clamps. A simple push or pull on the operating handle will engage the tightened with clamps for tightening or loosening. The two hydraulic wrenches mounted on the front rest can slide smoothly from clamp to clamp. Similarly, two pneumatic panel flatteners mounted on overhead beam also slide smoothly to hold the panels while the clamps tightening.

The hydraulic wrench is automatically push or pull, engage to the tightened with clamps and automatically tightening or loosening. The pneumatic panel flattener to hold the panels while the clamp tightening.. Depending on various working sizes and stock types, the clamp tightening hydraulic pressure can be adjusted to provide uniform pressure and ensure quality level.

The machine is a most-well designed, durable and cost-effective. The lower frame is stronger build of 2" x 4" tubual steel leg. Equipped a hydraulic tightened  and a pneumatic flattener .

The 14 section carrier allow upgrade for expansion to 20 section as workload increase at a later date.

It is a completely automatic rotation cycle, just push the cycle button and it automatic change a section to next section, it help to minimize operator fatigue.

WIND MILL TYPE FOR LESS SECTION CLAMP CARRIER

Sections are rotation driven, and each section contains rows of clamps. When the section is filled with edge glued stock, the operator uses the panel flattener and clamp tightened to flatten the panels and tighten the clamps. The cycle is repeated in order to save stock storage space and reduce working time.
