The
conveyorized glue applicator consists of an angle iron
infeed conveyor, a coater roll and an other angle iron
outfeed conveyor.
Optional widths of 12", 16", 18", 20"
are available and conveyors can be extended in 2 feet
increments, Material feed speed rate is set at 63, 45 or
35 feet per minute available. Glue pan can be removed for
clean up and maintenance. |

TOP GLUE SPREADER
This glue spreader provides an accurate
application of cabinet doors, table tops, panel gluing or
any other edge that in flat and requires a precision glue
spreading, motorized coater roll with 1/4 HP power.
Coater roll 300mm ( 12" ) long by 150mm ( 6" )
diameter rubber covered roll is hundreds of grooving. Roll
revolves at 65 RPM for the application of PVA and Urea
type glues. The amount of glue spreader is simple
adjusting the wiper blade to apply the amount desired. It
is easy lifting up on the glue pan and roll from the motor
and base for clean up.
