Automatic Finger Jointing Line

Finger jointing equipment for joint many piece of woods in order to form one stronger piece, the defected or not good parts of wood can be removed from the entire jointed piece . This jointing is to create a much stronger , better surface looking , cheaper and more efficient piece of wood . The finger jointing advantage for less scraps , less purchasing of wood and more quality wood products . It turn the wood waste into valuable reclaimation.

The automatic finger jointing line, model ACP-3820 is an integrate and complete in-line system for your value added application, it combines four of functions, trimming, scoring, gluing, assembling for workpiece, it include the following units:
ACP-1155 Stock feed table, a staging conveyor.
ACP-1150A Finger shaper with scoring saw.
ACP-1150B-G Finger shaper with scoring saw and glue unit.
ACP-1156 Stock conveyor table, a staging conveyor.
ACP-1120 Storage roll table.
ACP-1152F Finger joint assemble press.

The system provides a choice of vertical jointing and butt jointing operation. The system is hydraulically and pneumatically operated.

The operation, including shaping, gluing, jointing and final products outfeed, is automatically performed, this process is as follows: the stock is assembled on the ACP-1155 stock feed table, and is pushed into position on the ACP-1150A. This is a shaper table, where the stock is aligned and clamped before traveling through the cutterhead for cut. The stocks are then moved to the table of ACP-1150B-G shaper where they are aligned and clamped, then moved for another end cut and gluing. Finally, they are pushed to the ACP-1152F assemble press for assembling.

On the finger shapers, the table sideways are equipped with high precision linear motion guides to produce accurate finger shaping. The shapers equipped with trim saw/chip breaker and the ACP-1150B equipped shaper with scoring unit. 

The shaper spindle accept the spiral finger cutter , is easy to set up and eliminates rip out , tear out and overheating during operation.

The finger joint assembler ACP-1152F, equipped with a reinforced push feeder, is a two deck working function, this means that the feeding is constant while the working area continues assembling. The action wastes no working time and doubles the assembling speed. The maximum squeezing pressure is about 20-50kg/cm2, and the proper pressure is adjustable depending on stock type and dimensions.

The ACP-1155 feed table and ACP-1156 conveyor table and ACP-1120 roll table, are the linking units to connect all systems to form a complete system.
