- Suitable
for the bending of large pipes. The bending angles can be
adjusted freely from 0¢X to 180¢X.
- We can
supply wide range of machines for the bending of pipes with
O.D. from 60mm to 203mm (8"). We also supply expertise in
pipe-bending to customers.
- Adopts
solenoid valve and integrated circuit to control every motion
separately. This extends the life of hydraulic system
components.
- Three-step
circuit has cooling and sedimentation function to keep the
hydraulic oil from deteriorating.
- Main
shaft is specially heat-treated and the bending arm is made of
specially forged steel. All the parts are made under very
strict quality control to maintain machine quality and
standardized specifications.
- The
machine is equipped with emergency stop device.
- Both
manual and automatic operation are available.
- Various
angle can be set. You can bend one pipe with several bendings
on just one machine to reduce time needed for re-loading and
unloading among different machines.
- The
control panel has clear description for every button/gauge, so
non-technicians can still operate the machine correctly.
- Can be
equipped with an automatic feeding device. This device has the
function of pipe-length setting up. In addition, this unit (NC
type) can perform 10-angle bending simultaneously, with the
use of a Japanese encoder. Due to these two factors, this
machine can produce many kinds of sophisticated/complicated
pipe-bending as per customer requirements, with much lower
labor requirements than other brand machines.
- With our
NC type machines, clients can bend the pipes as desired with
adjustment at the following three points:
(1) Stroke of automatic feeding device
(2) The angle of bending
(3) Number of feeding
