YHD5121TSL sweeper is a new generation of big road sweeper that we developed with home and overseas advanced technologies according to the practical situations of our country. It adopts FAW's CA3126P1K2B chassis and much has been improved for the suction system, sweeping system, dust filtration system and such important systems. Compared with other home-made sweepers this model is easy to operate, highly efficient, stable and with low second-time pollution. It adopts the acknowledged structure of four brushes in the middle with suction port in the rear. Also the front two brushes can be controlled independently, making the vehicle suitable for different road conditions. This model is broadly used to clean the express way, airports, docks and such open sites. What's more, it has special purpose such as collecting the grain on the threshing floor or the granule materials dropped on the way.
F eatures :
¡´ The garbage bin and water tank are made of good quality stainless steel which
is big and durable.
¡´ The imported worm valve group is adopted to be the hydraulic valve group which
has compact structure and credible capability.
¡´ The unique and novel sucking reverse-blowing device not only increases the sucking capacity but also decreases the second pollution.
¡´ Cummins water cold diesel engine is adopted to drive the fan and strap transmission is also adopted which is powerful and compact. It not only increases fan's life-span but also decreases noise.
¡´ It is wide-field inside the cab and equipped with air-conditioner which makes it very easy and comfortable to drive.
¡´ The good quality imported brushes is driven by the hydraulic motor. Both the swing angle of the brushes and its pressure to the ground are adjustable.
¡´ The unattached electromagnetic water valve has the characteristics of simple structure and easy disassemble.
