TECHICAL DESCRIPTION TROPICANA CUT UP PLANTER MODEL SMA-10000 - AUTOMOTRIZ.
FRAME SET
Mono block frame assembled on laminate I beams of 1º, U locking beam soul
folded in 8" x ¼.
MOTOR
Equipped with motor MWM 6 cylinders - Turbo / 180 CV.
Fuel tank of 55,46 gallons.
Work rotation of 1800 RPM.
HYDROSTATIC TRANSMITION SYSTEM
Hydrostatic transmission of 6x4 with bombs and variable wheels motors, planetary
reducers, oil tank with double filtration and temperature conductor.
Electric- magnetic conductors with solenoid valves for hydraulic motors and
cylinders key driving.
PRODUCTS AND PRECISION FARMING CONTROLER
Output control system with precision farming which simultaneously controls 3
products and it is linked to the DGPS. Record in a memory card all the
application geo reference data, allowing maps and graphics preparation with
variable output application possibility.
Product 1: Controls the liquid, application tax of l/ha, that is continual even
with speed variation and with complete fertilizer monitoring.
Product 2: Controls the fertilizer application with tax of kg/ha, which operates
independent to the speed variation and complete monitoring.
Product 3: Controls the cane proportional carrier with variation and rotation
monitoring established in accordance to mud density that is automatically
performed in the cabin interior.
DGPS for parallel lines and parallelism control.
DIGITAL ELETRIC SYSTEM
Cut sensors and euphonious- visual alarms, which allows the minimization of the
operational errors and protect the main Automotriz frame set.
Liquid crystal panels with easy visualization, with electrical, hydraulic
digitalized operational information that are stored for after work evaluation.
LCD 7, 3 display Colorful - with 3 armored cameras resistant to dust, rain and
impacts used for plantating distribution operataion monitoring.
Panel with keys for electric-magnetic driving for cropping operation control.
CHASSI FRAME
Mono block frame assembled on laminate I beams of 8" 1º , U locking
beam soul folded in 8" x ¼".
PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION SET
Suspension assemble on 6 pneumatic springs and 6 dampers with individual auto
lever valves for each wheels, keeping the wanted air independent from the land
oscillations.
TOOL BAR DOOR
Rectangular toll bar door assembled on SAE 1020 de ½", plates, U
type that are folded with welding locking.
Toll bar door moving system which is oscillating in parallelogram and operates
through 01 central hydraulic cylinder designed for furrow depth controller.
FURROW MAKERS SET
Parallelogram oscillating furrows fixed on the toll bar door with 02 stabilizing
and depth controller wheels of 300mm to 450mm, digital depth sensor, frontal
subsoil stems with automatic disarm or plain discs set for straw cutting (for
direct cropping).
SUGARCANE BOX
Assembled on plates of SAE 1020 of !/8" and perfilade structural tubes of
60 x 60 x 3mm, with horizontal deep mobile box (injector) that is driven by 02
hydraulic cylinders and mobile in the sloping level (oscilable) which is also
driven by 02 hydraulic cylinders.
FEEDING CARRIER SET
Driven trough 01 hydraulic reductor motor, with rotating regulation performed
through an electro- hydraulic flux regulation valve, 03 rolls that assembled the
carrier in inverted L shape in order not to throw up the oarlock in the feeding
carrier but, in the feeding box for not damaging them.
Carrier assembled on hallow pin chain of 1.1/2" with pace of 2" and
flat splint of 2 channels.
DISTRIBUTOR CARRIER SET
Machinery driven by 01 hydraulic reductor motor, with rotating regulation
performed through an electro-hydraulic flux regulation valve - electro-hydraulic
device which operates trough a flow controller, 02 rolls assembling the carrier
in parallel with a stretcher bar, easy to operate and 02 distributions mobile
for directing the oarlocks on the furrow in the horizontal position.
Carrier assembled on hallow pin chain of 1.1/2" with pace of 2" and
flat splint of 1channel.
FERTILIZERS SET
02 fertilizers deposits assembled on polystyrene with capacity to fertilizer
deposit of 70,00 st 12,08 lb (each), fertilizer distribution through a propeller
system, fertilizer conduction tube and stain steel system assembled on stainless
steel, driven by 01 hydraulic reductor motor with rotating regulation performed
through an electro-hydraulic flux regulation valve through a flow controller
that is driven concomitantly to the oarlock carrier distributor.
LIQUID FERTILIZER APPLICATOR SET
Liquid fertilizer applicator with 02 tanks assembled on polystyrene of 310Lt
each, with a supply platform, 02 pulverizes beaks in anti- dripping fan shape
with operation through electric bomb and flow controller.
COVER SET
Cover device with 04 plain concaves discs of 18", oscillating in individual
parallelogram with oil bathed cubes (permanent lubrication), 02 plain compacter
rolls or with angle iron (in star fruit shape).
CABIN
Vate, safe, confortable and panoramic machinery. Hermetically closed and
pressurized.
02 ergometric seats with pneumatic suspension in both seats, (1 seat for panel
operator and 1 seat for the main operator), flywheel and panel with many
positions and adjusts.
Air conditioned with active coal filters system.
LIGHTING
Lighting system designed for nocturnal work.
