Composed of 02 lines with distribution of fertilizer through a stainless steel
spiral system, that are deposits, made in polyethylene, with capacity of 500kg
(1 102.311 310 924 lbs) each. Fertilizer distribution by a hydraulic motor with
an oil flow regulation valve, individual box fertilizer distributors with
capacity of 211,29 gallons, 2 furrow makers with controllable spacing of 2
oscillating plant covers in parallelogram with 04 plain discs of 18" with
oil bearings. 02 plain compactor rolls with cargo capacity of 6000kgs (13
227.735 731 093 lbs), 16.187,4 m², 2 wheel trailer with low pressure tires
measuring 600/50 x 22,5 with wheels assembled on tanden axle's system.
COMPLETE TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
FRAME SET
Frontal frame built in plate c SAC 50 assembled on beam I ; this is a 1/4"
steel plate soul with 3/8", steel plate beam closing in inverted U shape
for door locking handling. Composed of a complementary frame platform assembled
on 8" laminate beam, 1º soul with 8" folded U beam locking.
SUSPENSION SET
Suspension consisted of heavy spring beams, balance system, with 02 axles
assembled on cubes and conical bearings road standard, 04 high floating with low
pressure ties. The backside axle has a lifting device which operates through 02
hydraulic cylinders designed for facilitating maneuver, with less drag and road
moving (empty).
Cargo capacity of 14 tones per axle.
IMPLEMENT DOOR BAR
Rectangular implement door bar assembled on plate SAE 1020 of , U type, folded
with welded closing. Implement door bar moving system, in parallelogram that
oscillates trough 01 central hydraulic cylinder which is used for furrow depth
controlling.
FURROWS SET
Parallelogram oscillating furrow makers fixed on the implement toll bar, with 02
stabilizing and regulatory wheels with 300mm to 450mm, depth, frontal
"humming-bird" furrow makers with an automatic disarm or
plane-straight discs set for straw cutting. (Direct plantation).
SUGARCANE BOX
Assembled on plate SAE 1020 of 1/8" and profiled steel tubes of 60 x 60 x
3mm, mobile box in the horizontal (injector) drove by 02 hydraulic cylinders and
sloping mobile (inclinable) also drive by 02 hydraulic cylinders.
SLAT ALIMENTATION SET
It is drive trough 01 Charlyn hydraulic motor - line 6000, with rotation
adjustment that is operated by a hydraulic motor with an oil flow regulation
valve, 03 rolls which assemble the inverted L slat in order to not throw it up
on the distributor slat, but, placed on the feeding box for preventing it
against damage. Slat assembled on hollow pin chain of 1.1/2" (doubled
pitch) and 02 channels folding bushings.
SLAT DISTRIBUTOR SET
It works through 01 hydraulic motor - Charlyn line 6000, with rotation
adjustment operated by a hydraulic motor with oil flow regulation valve, 02
rolls assembling the slat " parallel type with a stretcher easy to operate
and 02 2 distribution tap for furrow makers horizontal directing.
Slat assembled on hollow pin chain of 1.1/2" with doubled pitch and 01
channel folding bushings.
FERTILEZER SET
02 fertilizers devices manufactured in polyethylene with capacity to 450 kg
(992.080 179 832 lbs) each. Fertilizer distribution system trough a stainless
steel spiral system. The conductor tube and stainless steel spiral system are
all manufactured in stainless steel. Drive through a hydraulic motor and an oil
flow regulation valve that work together with the furrow makers distributor
slats, with measuring option by teethed-wheels set.
LIQUID FERTILIZER APLICATOR SET
Liquid fertilizer applicator with 02 polyethylene tanks of 310 liters (81,88
gallons) each, with a fill platform, 02 insecticide applicator devices in
anti-dropping beaks (fan shape) which works through an electrical bomb.
PLANT COVERS SET
Plant cover with com 04 plain concaves discs of 18", 4 concave discs with
working angle regulation, attached to 2 sets of individual oscillating
pantographic arms with cubes bathed in permanent lubrication oil, 02 plain
compacting rolls or with angle iron rolls.
CABIN
Cabin with air conditioned assembled on the front superior part, lateral
platform for the cabin access.
LIGHTING
Lighting system for nocturnal job.
