The TopSwing is and extremely efficient Swing Over Parlour, comfortable and very much cow friendly. Swing over arms are a very popular choice for swing milking parlours.

The “open space” idea allows the operator total freedom of movements. To the high performance is also added the quick installation and the easy maintenance.

  The pit is much clearer and provides a better working environment by reducing the space the ACR and clusters take up in the pit.
Milk hoses are shorter, this means better milking and reduced maintenance costs.
Less ‘pull effect’ on the cluster for better milking unit positioning.

Completely suspended stall frame, quick installation and oversized diameters.
Extremely high animal/hour ratio per milking unit!
Fisiomilk system with oversize milk pipes for “quality milk”.
Automatic vacuum start (just turn the swing arm and vacuum starts).
“CleanHot” quick washing system using hot water avoiding any detergent.
Indexing: automatically adjustable front barrier (optional).

　

During the design phase the best cow position and the better operator condition were taken in consideration in order to get an efficient, cow friendly and operator confortable enviroment.

The Variospeed control unit regulates the milk pump rotation speed based on the real need of the parlour allowing the full flow rate during the flow peaks and washing stages.

“Power Line” vacuum units Oil-lubricated flanged vacuum units with 700 to 3500 lt/min cap., equipped with 50 to 100 lt. vacuum tank, lubricator, silencer and no return valve. Also available with Variospeed VCU inverter and lobe pumps.
